At the AC/DC Store, we’re committed to getting your rock merchandise to you as quickly as possible so you can start rocking your new gear.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to rock your AC/DC merchandise with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to hit all the right notes.

15-Day Return Policy

You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to return items that don’t make you feel like a rock star. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Must include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To keep the show going, these items cannot be returned:

  • Band Tees & Tank Tops (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewelry (for health and safety reasons)
  • Crop Tops (final sale items)
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to start your return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Our Roadies

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service roadies will review your request within 2 business days and email you return instructions if approved.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, pack your return securely and ship it to:

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or item?

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We can’t refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
