At the AC/DC Store, we want you to rock your merchandise with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to hit all the right notes.
15-Day Return Policy
You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to return items that don’t make you feel like a rock star. All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To keep the show going, these items cannot be returned:
- Band Tees & Tank Tops (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry (for health and safety reasons)
- Crop Tops (final sale items)
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to start your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Roadies
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service roadies will review your request within 2 business days and email you return instructions if approved.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, pack your return securely and ship it to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or item?
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We can’t refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
