Are your products officially licensed?
Absolutely! Every item in our store is 100% authentic officially licensed AC/DC merchandise. No cheap concert leftovers here – just premium-quality gear that carries the true spirit of rock.
Do you offer plus sizes or kids’ sizes?
Our current collection focuses on standard adult sizes, but we’re always expanding our lineup. Check back regularly or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new product drops.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for fast, secure checkout. Your payment security is our priority.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We deliver rock attitude worldwide from our warehouse in Hoyt, US! (Currently excluding Asia and select remote areas due to shipping restrictions.)
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): For fans who want their gear fast. Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing.
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 get free EMS delivery, arriving in 15-25 business days after processing. Perfect for stocking up on multiple band essentials.
How can I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Watch your premium-quality merch make its way to you – tracking info will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Check your tracking info first – if your package seems lost, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll investigate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
Not completely head-over-heels with your purchase? No problem. You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions and address.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns for refunds only. To get a different size or item, simply place a new order after your return is processed. We’re working on making exchanges easier in future!
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
